Founded in 2012, PayuOud is the retail face of PT Monggo Jaya Berdikari, a company built around one craft: the manufacture of Gaharu Sana’i. From our international trade base in Tangerang, we’ve spent over a decade turning raw agarwood into products that meet the standards demanded by discerning customers around the world.

Achmad Yunani — Commissioner

Achmad Yunani’s journey with agarwood began in 2001, long before PT Monggo Jaya Berdikari existed. He started with traditional agarwood oil distillation and handcrafted agarwood boat decorations — a home-based operation with just a handful of workers. That small beginning grew steadily, and by 2007, it had become a full-fledged Gaharu Sana’i manufacturing business. Today, his hands-on experience from the earliest days of distillation still shapes how PayuOud approaches quality.
